These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the REV22 Performance website and the purchase of products from our store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

  1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction. You may not use the website or its products for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, inventory problems, or misuse of the website.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, compatibility information, pricing, and availability. Colours and appearance may vary because of lighting, screens, production batches, or supplier updates.

The sequential mirror turn signals currently offered are sold as a left-and-right pair and are intended for compatible Volkswagen Golf MK8 GTI and Golf R vehicles from model years 2020–2026.

Customers must compare the listed product and connector information with their vehicle before ordering. Compatibility may vary by country, trim, factory equipment, and previous vehicle modifications.

REV22 Performance is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Volkswagen AG. Volkswagen, Golf, GTI, Golf R, and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify product compatibility.

  1. INSTALLATION AND USE

Automotive products must be installed and used safely. Professional installation is recommended when the customer is uncertain about the installation procedure.

REV22 Performance is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, improper wiring, misuse, neglect, collision, or use on an incompatible vehicle, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, product prices exclude shipping charges, applicable sales taxes, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination charges.

Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted. If a pricing or technical error affects an order, we may contact the customer to confirm a correction or cancel and refund the affected order.

  1. THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

Orders may be processed, fulfilled, and shipped directly by an international supplier or third-party logistics partner.

We remain responsible for providing customer service relating to purchases made from REV22 Performance. Third-party fulfillment can affect package origin, carrier selection, tracking availability, customs processing, and delivery time.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping options, rates, estimated delivery times, tracking, customs responsibilities, and delay procedures are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed. Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate shipping address.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return eligibility, cancellations, damaged products, defective products, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Our policies do not remove rights or remedies provided by mandatory consumer protection law.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Website content, branding, graphics, written material, and original media belonging to REV22 Performance may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or commercially exploited without permission.

Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
