REFUND POLICY

REV22 Performance accepts eligible return requests made within 14 days after confirmed delivery.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In its original condition

  • Complete with all components and accessories

  • Returned in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Products that have been installed, modified, damaged after delivery, or used on a vehicle are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This restriction does not limit any rights relating to a defective, unsafe, or misrepresented product under applicable law.

REQUESTING A RETURN

Before returning anything, contact us through the Contact page on our store. Include the order number, reason for the return, and clear photographs when relevant.

Approved returns will receive instructions and the correct return address. Products sent without authorization or sent directly to a supplier without our instructions might not be accepted.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns. Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage charges are not refundable unless required by law.

We recommend using a tracked return service. REV22 Performance is not responsible for a return package that is lost before reaching the authorized return destination.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Inspect the order promptly after delivery. If the product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within seven days of delivery.

Include the order number and clear photographs or video showing the product, packaging, shipping label, and reported issue. We will review the request and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund.

The seven-day reporting request does not limit any mandatory warranty or consumer protection rights.

VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY

Customers are responsible for reviewing the listed compatibility information and comparing the original mirror indicator shape before ordering.

The product is intended for compatible Volkswagen Golf MK8 GTI and Golf R vehicles from model years 2020–2026. Compatibility can vary by market, trim, factory equipment, and prior vehicle modifications.

A return resulting from an incorrect vehicle selection is treated as a change-of-mind return unless the product listing was materially inaccurate.

CANCELLATIONS

Contact us immediately through the Contact page if an order must be cancelled. We will attempt to stop processing, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after the order has entered fulfillment or shipment.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process an approved refund. The bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed a refund, contact us through the Contact page.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

  • Installed or used automotive parts

  • Products damaged by improper installation, misuse, collision, modification, or neglect

  • Items returned without required components

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale items clearly identified before purchase

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
